Delivery & Returns Policy

Primo Coffee offer FREE delivery on all orders over $80.00.

Orders under $80.00 = $15.00 Australia wide flat fee. 

We have a standard 24 hour fulfilment option Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. If you would like your order in a quicker fashion, please notify us in your order notes or email head office. 

This excludes some commercial sales and unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time, please express your interest via the email address below so we can assess your needs for this service. 

Orders received by 4:30pm AEST Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be processed same day and orders are scheduled for pick up within 24hrs on business days by our network of couriers.

If you nominate a PO box for delivery, Australia Post is our nominated courier. 

If you are unsatisfied with the performance of your product, please contact us within 14 days of taking delivery and return the product.

Once you contact us, we will investigate your issues and advise you as to whether your Product may be returned and, where required, provide you with instructions on how to return your Products, with which you must comply.

All Products must be returned in their original packaging, be in a condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.

If there is no proof of the delivery date it will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product. The product must be returned to us within 10 business days of your request to return your product.

You must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product that our staff provide to you. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until they are received at the address supplied by our staff. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.

All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing for refund or exchange. You may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned Product or to improve our quality processes.

After receiving the returned product, we will issue a refund (excluding Shipping), store credit or exchange as soon as is reasonably practicable and you will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement.

Refunds will be issued using the payment method used for purchase. Store credits will be issued to the account used to purchase the Products.

We reserve the right to make changes to this policy without notice.
