About
Nicolas Di Stefano is a third generation master coffee roaster, following in his father and grandfather's footsteps into the coffee business.
He began learning everything about coffee beans from his grandfather, Giuseppe, at an early age. Giuseppe was always keen to impart wisdom and knowledge on his future heir and his ways of viewing the world, systems, people and logic all served to be a solid foundation for the young protege.

Nicolas has been involved at Primo Caffe since he was a young boy and following his studies at university, he eventually realised that he had the brains to join his family in the coffee business, but all he needed was the focus.
