Why is Primo giving away capsule packs?

We offer a high-quality coffee for best value for money, and we want everyone to know it! The giveaway is to attract your attention to our fabulous Nespresso® Compatible Capsule range of products. This is your chance to try our four different capsule options:  Primo Forte, Primo Maestro, Primo Organic and Primo Decaf.


How do I enter your competition?

How do I claim my prize if I win?

Winners will receive an email from sales@primocaffe.com.au on 2nd August 2022, which will contain a link to a form in the Primo website. To claim the prize, winner must enter the mailing address on this form. Please do not provide any personal details to anyone. Email will be sent from: sales@primocaffe.com.au


How do I know I won the prize, and it is NOT a scam?

We’ll send an email to the winners and requesting them to enter the mailing address directly in our Primo website. Please do not provide any personal details to anyone. Email will be sent from: sales@primocaffe.com.au


When can I expect delivery of my prize?

The prize will be despatched to the address informed by the winner by Friday 12th August 2022. Please allow 14 days for delivery.


Can I exchange the prize to another Primo product?

The prize is 1 x pack each of Primo Forte, Maestro, Organic, Decaf capsules and will be delivered to your home. No exchanges or mixed variations are acceptable.
