Primo Products Pty Ltd delivers Australia wide for a fee based on the number and weight of items purchased through Australia Post Express or an Australian Courier Service. Promotions may reduce or eliminate shipping cost.

Cut-off time for Ordering and Delivery

All Orders must be placed by 4pm the afternoon before your delivery day. Where an Order is placed on a Friday or any other Business Day preceding a day which is a public holiday in Sydney, New South Wales then the Delivery will be made within seventy-two (72) hours from the first Business Day proceeding the day which was the public holiday in Sydney, New South Wales.

Delivery Time and Order Processing

Delivery time is 1-3 working days. Orders paid by Bank Deposit will not be posted until the payment has been cleared (this can take 1-3 working days). Thus, please allow additional time for delivery if this is your case.

Please make sure you email info@primocaffe.com.au once you have deposited the money to inform us of the details of your deposit (specifically the date, receipt number & reference used).

If we do not receive this email we will not know your money has been deposited. This may result in a cancellation of your order.

Delivery policies and procedure

We recommend you provide a suitable address to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel in person, this will ensure safe delivery as, if the parcel is too large for a letterbox it may be delivered to your nearest post office.

If using a work address please remember to include the business name, exact delivery details/instructions and any other pertinent information.

If your parcel has not been received within 4 working days please contact us (info@primocaffe.com.au) with your full name and order number so we can give you your tracking number.

In most cases your parcel will be at your local post office waiting for you to pick it up.If we don’t have specific instructions, and you are not home, our drivers will use their experience to leave the box in the safest, shadiest spot possible.

Due to the nature of our products Primo Products Pty Ltd cannot deliver to PO Boxes or international destinations.

Minimum Order

Yes, the minimum amount for any order is $30.00 (excludes delivery).

Minimum Delivery Fee

The exact shipping cost will be calculated and presented to you at the time of checkout; however there is a minimum delivery fee of $8.50 for the areas that we do deliver too.           

Goods and Services Tax and additional Import/Handling Charges

For some products purchased through Primo Products Pty Ltd a mandatory 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is payable by Australian law.

For all Australian residents or Australian shipping addresses, this 10% GST will be included in your order subtotal as applicable and processed at the checkout at the time of purchase.

For international customers this 10% tax will not be charged by Primo Products Pty Ltd however you will be liable to pay your own country's applicable import or duty taxes on receipt of your package.

It is your sole responsibility to research these duty/taxes and you are liable to pay them on receipt of your packages.
